FAQ

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. We believe in slow food across borders. We ship globally via standard international post straight to your letterbox, no matter where your kitchen is located.

When will I receive my letter each month?

We head to the post office around the 10th of every month. Depending on where you live, your physical envelope could take between 3-21 days. 

Can I gift a subscription?

Absolutely. During checkout simply input the recipient's address as the shipping address and yours for the billing details. It makes the perfect gift for paper and food lovers. 

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription whenever you like through your customer account
